StackQR is a free web-based QR code generation service that processes all data locally in your browser. We do not collect, store, or transmit your QR code data to any server. The service is provided at no cost and supported by advertising.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not attempt to overwhelm or abuse the service
• Not use the service for malicious purposes
• Ensure QR codes you generate do not violate others' rights

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• Any content generated through your use of StackQR

This indemnification obligation will survive termination of these Terms and your use of StackQR.

8. DMCA Takedown Process

StackQR respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content accessible on or through StackQR infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to us containing:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, email)

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Loudoun County, Virginia, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

11. Changes to Terms
